Your event date must be at least 7 days after your discovery call — so the kitchen has time to plan, shop, and prep. A discovery call and an event can never fall on the same day. The sooner you reach out, the more dates we can offer.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold your date.

Travel is complimentary within 10 miles of Shelby Township, MI. Beyond that, a travel fee is based on distance: up to 15 miles $25 · up to 20 miles $30 · up to 25 miles $40 · up to 30 miles $55 · up to 40 miles $80 · up to 50 miles $110. Farther than 50 miles is quoted on your discovery call. Your address is checked when you inquire, so the fee is shown before you book.

For our staffed and styled services — Gracefully Served and Faithfully Served — the service fee is based on guest count: up to 25 guests $400 · 26–50 guests $500 · 51–75 guests $600 · 75+ guests quoted individually. Simply Served and Corporate Lunch are drop-off only, so they carry no service fee.

We prefer Zelle or Venmo. We also accept all major credit cards, though a 3% processing fee will apply.

A 6% sales tax applies to all orders and services.

Simply Served is our classic drop-off service in elegant disposable containers. Gracefully Served is an elevated experience where Mariah styles the table with china, risers, and decor, and Chef Selena adds final on-site garnishes.

It depends on your tier! For Corporate Lunch and Simply Served, we drop off and you manage the rest. For Attended or Experience tiers, our team remains on-site to replenish dishes and maintain the presentation.

Yes! Children under 5 eat free, and children ages 5–12 are half price.

For Faithfully Served, we require a dedicated workspace with a 4-burner stove, oven, sink, and running water. If you are requesting a grill-based menu, the client must supply the grill.

Absolutely. While Faithfully Served focuses on the meal, you can add Mariah's Decorative Presentation Setup to transform your dining space with professional styling and linens.
